Steps

Soak boondi in water till tender.

Whisk yoghurt till smooth.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry cumin and ginger till ginger turns golden in colour.

Add in remaining spices and mix well.

Pour this tarka in yoghurt and mix well.

Drain the water from boondi.
- 8
Arrange boondi in a dish.
- 9
Pour yoghurt all over on top.
- 10
Serve chilled.
