Tawa Egg Fry🥚
Steps

Heat tawa, add 1 tablespoon of oil and grated ginger and place eggs on yolk side and sprinkle some red chilli powder and salt on top and cook it till to become golden from both sides.

Remove egg from tawa, add oil and jeera.

Add chopped onion and cook till golden brown.

Now take a jar, add coriander leaves, garlic, green chilli and ginger and grind a fine paste.

When onion are done add green chilli paste and cook it till it become dry.

Than add tomato puree and cook it for 5 minute on low to medium flame.

Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and chicken masala and mix.

Add little water and cook for 2 minutes.

Add some more water and cook till oil starts separating.

Add garam masala and mix.

Place eggs on sides and cook for 2 minutes.

Flip the eggs and again cook for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle green coriander.

Ready to serve with naan or Parathas.
