Steps
- 1
Mix flour, baking soda, sea salt, and cornstarch
- 2
Mix cooled melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar and, vanilla extract until creamy, beat in the eggs one at a time. (Beware, Over mixing makes stiff cookies)
- 3
Carefully mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. It should become like crumbs, but sticks together when pressed.
- 4
Fold in chocolate chips
- 5
Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
- 6
Preheat oven to 375°F, while you roll out 1 inch balls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9 - 11 mins. They should still look a bit under done on top, (this is very important.)
- 7
Cool completely and enjoy!
