Boil water in a pan. Add noodles, salt and 1 tsp cooking oil (to avoid sticking of noodles) and boil till done. Then remove excess water and transfer it in a collander and pass through cold water to cool.

Wash and chop cabbage, onion and garlic. Chop green chilli and dip it in white vinegar for 10 minutes.Heat remaining cooking oil in a wok. Add choppped garlic and saute for 1 minute. Now add choppped onion and cabbage and saute for 2 minutes on low flame.Add boiled noodles and soy sauce. Toss well and mix. Add green chilli dipped in vinegar and ajinomoto and mix. Add half of green chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and mix.

Transfer it in a plate and serve hot garnished with remaining tomato ketchup and green chilli sauce.
