Palak Paneer
Steps

Wash & blanch the spinach.Cool it & chop it keep it aside.Cut the paneer pieces Heat a pan add 1spoon ghee fry the paneer.

Dip with cold water.Again heat a pan add 1tsp ghee put all whole garammasala stir it.

Add chop onion,3garlic clove& 4green chilli sauted till it's becomes soften.Add cashewnut sauted 30 sec,than add 1spoon sesameseeds sauted another mints.

Cool it.Make a paste with half cup curd.Again heat the same pan add 3tbsp ghhee put chop garlic, ginger& green chilli chop sauted till it's becomes golden brown, add chop spinach sauted till it's becomes dry.

Add the paste masala cooked nicely.Add kasoorimethi& salt mix it well.

Add paneer mix it well,& add fresh malei & a pinch of sugar mix it well.Add 1/2cop water and mix it cook 1mints.Off the flame.

Palak paneer is ready.Garnishing with chop corrienderleaves serve it with naan or chopati.
