Bathua Aloo Ka Paratha

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, and bathua puree mix it well properly. now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.

For stuffing:-
In a mixing bowl add boiled mashed potato, onion, salt, red chili powder, coriander leaves, and green chili mix it well. now stuffing is ready. - 3
Take one of the dough balls and using your rolling pin roll it into a circle.Place 2 tbsp of stuffing in the center.don't overfill,else it will be difficult to roll.bring all the edges together and pinch to seal the edges flatten the dough ball using your hands.

Now using your rolling pin,roll the dough to a circle of 7-8 inch diameter.transfer the rolled paratha on to the hot tawa.cook the side for a min.or two and then flip over.now paratha is ready.
