Tuvar Dana pulao

Wash and soak rice for 1/2 hr. Clean the tuvar dana as well.

In a cooker heat the ghee, add hing, ginger garlic paste, red chilli, and cloves.

Add the dana and rice. Mix well. Add salt. Add water. Now cover the pressure cooker and allow 3 whistles.

When the air releases from the cooker, remove the pulav on to a plate or serving bowl. Serve it with maala curd
