Let us celebrate ! Cookpad turns 6 .It's party time.Maxican wrap is so healthy and tasty.Salsa is also very refreshing.I have made authentic tortilla wrap - used maize /makki flour and all-purpose flour.Filling is made with fried beans,sour cream ,lots of vegetables and processed cheese.Amazing taste ! Everybody loves Nachos.

Cookpad turns 6 .It's party time.Maxican wrap is so healthy and tasty.Salsa is also very refreshing.I have made authentic tortilla wrap - used maize /makki flour and all-purpose flour.Filling is made with fried beans,sour cream ,lots of vegetables and processed cheese.Amazing taste ! Everybody loves Nachos.

Mix maize flour,all-purpose flour,salt and oil.Add water to make soft dough.Let it rest for 30 min.

Divide this dough into ten parts.Take one part,make a ball and roll it up into thin chapati.

Heat a tawa,cook the chapati on medium flame from both sides lightly.Make all the tortillas like this and keep it in a cloth.

For the kidney beans - heat oil in a pan,add garlic,chilli flakes and onion.Cook it for 4-5 min.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt.Add tomato puree.Cook until oil releases from the spices.Add kidney beans and mix.Add tomato sauce and mix.Cook it for 2-3 min.Keep it aside.

For Salsa - Mix all the vegetables,salt, black pepper,lemon juice and chilli sauce in a bowl.

For sour cream - Take a big bowl,keep a strainer on it,put muslin cloth on it and strain.Keep it for 4-5 hours,so that all the water strains.Now mix salt,black pepper and lemon juice in it.

To make tortilla wrap - Take a tortilla,spread kidney beans mixture,sour cream, vegetables and cheese.Cook it on a grill pan.Your delicious Tortilla wraps are ready to serve.

Serve it with Nachos and salsa.
