These healthy and beneficial Laddoos or Ladoos are made from the leftovers or the residue remaining from the homemade Ghee or Clarified Butter and some Jaggery.
Aren't they looking gorgeous?
Well ! Yes! They do look great and tastes equally delicious.
Made so very easily without fire. These are basically no Cook Ladoos.

They make for a perfect Dessert on your special occasions and festivals. These are absolutely hassle free goodies. You can even shape them effortlessly.
3 ingredient magic, it's a perfect option for Winter delicacies too.
The best part is that these Milk solids are caramelized, that is why they taste yum. The amount of Ghee residue or leftovers depends on the quality of the Milk Cream. While making at home, one may not end up with large quantities of the residue but these Ladoos or any other dish with them can be made with just a cup or two of it.

Enjoy No Cooking with Zeen!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
