👉Clean wash and Chop bathua. Chop onion and green chilli. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, chopped bathua, onions and green chilli and mix well. Add all dry masale and mix well..

👉Now knead a dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Then knead dough again for 1 minute. Make balls.

👉Roll round paratha and roast on griddle by changing sides.

👉Shallow fry from both sides.

👉Serve hot with ginger tea and butter
