Steps

Wash and boil rajma with salt and baking powder for 4-5 whistles.

Now heat oil in kadhai, add all whole spices.

Now add chopped onion. And ginger garlic paste. Cook until it raw aromas goes away.

Now add green chillies and tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.

Than add all the masala and mix and cook till oil separates.

Than add tomato ketchup and mix.

Now add boiled rajma with water. And mix and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Now add garam masala and green coriander leaves.

Serve with plain rice.
