First grated Anjeer(Fig). Walnuts & Kaju are roughly crushed together. Other ingredients are kept ready

Heat the ghee in Kadhai on medium flame. Add the Anjeer pulp. Stirring continues and cooks till 3 minutes. Then add the sugar and cook till changes colour.

Then add the malai and mix well. Then add the Walnut powder. Mix well and cook till Halwa released the edges.

A very yummy, delicious, healthy
