Take Methi leaves wash an drain water and chop fine

In a bowl add Wheat flour, ajwain, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.

Add chopped Methi leaves and hung curd and mix well. Knead with water to make a semi hard dough.

Make balls and roll out one with a rolling pin circular in shape.

In a tawa add one Paratha and on medium flame roast each side until brown.

Add butter an roast properly
