Rinse 3 cups of rice until the water runs clear.

In a saucepan on the stove, heat your olive oil. Add the onions, garlic, salt, cumin, and oregano. Saute.

Add lemon zest and three cups of rice, drained. Add lemon juice to the rice and stir it well to coat your rice with the olive oil, herbs, and lemon.

Transfer to your rice cooker - or continue cooking on the stovetop.

Add 3 cups of chicken broth to the pot.

Turn on rice cooker. If cooking on stove top - bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 20 minutes, covered.

Once done, add dill and additional lemon juice to your liking.
