  1. 1

    ઘી ગરમ થાય એટલે ઘઉંનો લોટ નાખો અને લાલ થાય ત્યાં સુધી શેકો ગોળ કટકા કરી લ્યો

    હવે એ શેકેલા લોટમાં ગોળ નાખો અને ગેસ બંધ કરી દો ગોળ ઓગળ ે ત્યાં સુધી હલાવો પછી થાળીમાં ઘી લગાવી તેમાં ઢાળીદયો

    ઢાળી લીધા પછી સરખું પ્લેન કરી કાપા પાડો પછી સર્વ કરો ઠરી ગયા પછી
