In a measuring cup, mix together all ingredients of the sauce, set aside.

In a bowl, mix together all ingredients of the batter, add cauliflower, combine well.

In a wok heat oil, fry the coated cauliflower until crisp and slightly brown.

In a skillet, heat oil, add garlic and green bell pepper, saute for about 2 minutes.

Pour in the sauce and cook stirring for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add the fried cauliflower, season with Chinese seasoning and mix.

Serve with fried rice.
