Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 GramsCauliflower chopped,
  2. 1 TeaspoonGarlic minced,
  3. 1, Green bell pepper diced
  4. 1 TeaspoonChinese seasoning
  5. 2 CupsCooking oil (32 tbs)
  6. for sauce
  7. 1 TablespoonCooking oil
  8. 2 TablespoonsSoy sauce
  9. 2 TablespoonsChili garlic sauce
  10. 1 TablespoonCornflour
  11. 3 CupsWarm water (48 tbs)
  12. for batter
  13. 2 TablespoonsFlour
  14. 1 TablespoonRice flour
  15. 2Pinchs Ajino – moto
  16. To TasteSalt
  17. 3 CupsWater (48 tbs) (as needed)

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    In a measuring cup, mix together all ingredients of the sauce, set aside.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix together all ingredients of the batter, add cauliflower, combine well.

  3. 3

    In a wok heat oil, fry the coated cauliflower until crisp and slightly brown.

  4. 4

    In a skillet, heat oil, add garlic and green bell pepper, saute for about 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Pour in the sauce and cook stirring for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add the fried cauliflower, season with Chinese seasoning and mix.

  6. 6

    Serve with fried rice.
