Sujir dudhpuli (semolina dumplings with khoya stuffing)

In a bowl take semolina and water and let it soak in water for 15 minutes. Now boil water in a pan. In a bowl add rice flour and semolina, now add hot water slowly and make a dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now make small balls out of the dough, press in the middle gently to form a cup like structure, place the filling in the middle, now bring the edges together to cover the stuffing. Press the edges with fork, make all the dumplings(pulis) like this and cover and rest for few minutes.

Take a heavy bottom pan, add milk, let it come to boil, add milkmaid, simmer the flame and let the milk reduce to some extent, then add the dumplings(pulis) in it, cook for 10 minutes, stir in between, then add jaggery, stir properly and wait till jaggery melts. Turn off the flame, let it cool at room temperature and then serve.
