Boil the chicken with aromatics (bay leaf, cinnamon stick, lemon, ginger) until cooked through.

Fry the eggplant.

Layer the potatoes on the bottom of a pot, then add the tomatoes, followed by the eggplant.

Mix the rice with the chicken, salt, and bouillon cubes, then add them to the pot with 4 cups water (about 950 ml). Cook over heat for 30 minutes.
