Almond and coconut rounds

In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate. (I did 50 seconds) or melt using double boiler. Add in 1 tablespoon of oil and mix well.
Pour chocolate in the mould tray just covering the bottom. - 2

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
Grind the almonds in a food processor.
Transfer in a bowl. Add desiccated coconut and mix well. Gradually add condensed milk and mix well. Make equal size balls. - 4

Press the almond and coconut balls in the mould. Let it set for another 30 minutes in the fridge.
Remove from mould after 30 minutes.
Best eaten next day. Enjoy
