Every Indian's favourite winter sweet is Gajar ka halwa. Carrots halwa, rich in taste, I made it more tasty by adding khova (milk solids). Enjoy hot delicious sweet in the cool winter.

Every Indian's favourite winter sweet is Gajar ka halwa. Carrots halwa, rich in taste, I made it more tasty by adding khova (milk solids). Enjoy hot delicious sweet in the cool winter.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and peel off all the carrots
- 2
Now grate carrots in a food processor,it will take hardly 1min
- 3
Now transfer grated carrots in heavy bottom pan
- 4
Saute for 5min without adding anything, so that all moisture should evaporate

Now add ghee(butter)

Saute for 10min on low flame

It will change colour and turn soft, now add milk and cook for 5min till it turns dry

Now add grated khova

Also add sugar, mix everything well

Again cook for 5 to 10min

Now turn off the flame, add cardamom powder and cashews

Gajar ka halwa is ready to serve
