Desi sweets have their own flavours and tastes and can never be challenged. Our grandmothers, mothers are unbelievable the way they prepare these desi sweet desserts and Ladoos.
I have prepared Ladoos from red desi chuda (flat puffed rice) with Jaggery and other ingredients. It's so delicious and nutritious. No one can beat it.

I have prepared Ladoos from red desi chuda (flat puffed rice) with Jaggery and other ingredients. It's so delicious and nutritious. No one can beat it.

Dry roasted chuda, peanuts, melon seeds and white sesame seeds on low flame till crispy and aromatic.

Heat ghee and melt jaggery. Add ginger powder, ground black pepper and crushed carom seeds. Mix well with melted jaggery on low flame.

Then add roasted melon seeds, peanuts and white sesame seeds. Mix well with jaggery also.

Now add roasted chuda/flattened rice and mix well with jaggery.

Take out the mixture carefully to a plate. When it cools down to handle, make red Chuda Mixed Ladoos with greased palm with ghee. Njoy the immunity rich and delicious sweet Ladoos.
