Take 1/2 bowl musrooms first wash it properly twice or thrice drain the water then soak in a luke warm water with salt for 5 minutes then again wash it so that the impurities will goes off. For paste : 2 chopped onion, grind all the dry masala and make a fine paste

In a kadai heat 2 tbsp oil. Then add 1 bay leaf and cumin seeds let it crackle for few seconds...Then add salt as needed. Mix it properly. Now add mushrooms stir it for few minutes till the masala coated well....

Now I am going to add chopped dhania leaves...and the dhania paste also. So that the flavour of dhania leavs will be their in the curry. Once it is done then transfer to a pressure cooker and wait of 2 whistles... After 2 whistles switch off the flame...cool it and take out the lid...check it if it is done..

Then transfer to a serving plate....Garnish with chopped dhania leaves...It is is tasty and delicious...

Ready to serve..with garlic nan...
