  • 1/2 tablespoonschaat masala
  • 2-3 tablespoonswater
  • Oil for spray

  1. 1

    Sab se pehly shakkar qamdi ko wash karlyn.

    Phir taway ko high flame par gram karyn aur thora se oil spray karyn. Aur high flame par hu dhak dyn 2-3 minutes bad flame low kardyn aur dhakan hata k ab zara se pani pa chenta mary aur 5-6 minutes aur paka lyn.

    Mazydar yummh shkarqandi ready hai. Ab isy cut karyn aur chat masala dal k mazy se kahyn.
