This is an amazing healthy breakfast recipe. I have prepared appe or paddu (savoury balls) of barnyard millet)
Steps

Take 1 cup of bhagar(millet)

Grind coarsely and transfer in a bowl

Add semolina and curd

Also add 1/2 water, mix well, cover and keep aside for 15min

Now add chopped onions, chillies, coriander leaves and cooking soda

Combine everything well,if needed little

Now heat the non-stick appe pan,add a little oil, pour spoonful batter

Cover with lid and cook for 2min on low flame

Now remove the lid, flip all the appe and cook for 2min till it turns crispy
- 10
Serve hot spicy appe with coconut chutney
