For Outer Covering -
Get ready with all ingredients.
Take a big mixing bowl to add whole wheat flour salt chopped fenugreek leaves 2 teaspoon oil and knead a soft dough with water. Cover keep aside. - 2
For Stuffing -
In a pan heat 1 spoon oil and add all dry spices powder green chilli add boiled peeled and mashed potatoes mix all well add chopped green coriander leaves mix everything well. - 3
Now make equal ball size balls from fenugreek leaves dough. Dust the surface and make a little thin paratha with a rolling pin now put on a spoonful or as needed stuffing spread carefully cover the paratha close edges sil the paratha carefully

And again roll it in a round shape lightly. Take care stuffing should not spread out. Now heat up graddle or tawa spread some oil transfer paratha on it and roast it

Roast with both sides till golden in colur or until cooked completely.
Your tasty easy paratha is ready to serve.
Serve with any riata curd pickle papad salad hot tea or coffee.
