Clean the pork belly. Marinate both the pork belly and ground pork with fish sauce, oyster sauce, cooking oil, sugar, seasoning powder, and chopped garlic and onion for 45 minutes. Shape the ground pork into small patties.

Wash the vegetables, blanch the rice vermicelli noodles, and prepare the garlic chili fish sauce.

Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and cook the meat for 20 minutes on each side. Fry the egg rolls. Arrange the chopped vegetables on a plate, then add the noodles, sliced pork, and cut egg rolls. Top with fried shallots and roasted peanuts.
