Cook fettuccine according to packet instructions (using salt) and once cooked reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.

Heat up large pan on medium to high heat and add 30g of butter and a squiggle of olive oil
- 3
Add sliced garlic and cook until fragrant (won't take long) keep an eye it doesn't burn
- 4
Add prawns and cook for 1-2 mins on each side (if the pan starts to look dry add more butter)

Turn heat to low and sprinkle chilli flakes on top of prawns so each prawn has a couple on them

Add pasta to pan with half a cup of reserved pasta water and mixed well
- 7
Add parsley and parmasen cheese and fold through
- 8
Place into serving bowls ensuring plenty of prawns in each dish (I pick them out to make sure) and top with a little extra parmasen cheese and parsley and voila enjoy!!
