An absolutely must have recipe on any day for Breakfast or Brunch. It is easily made and tastes yummy with Chapatis and Parathas. Potatoes are cooked along with Lamb mince using mild spices. This can be had even with plain Rice and Khatti Daal. It's a perfect combo. The best part is that it goes well with both Rice and Rotis. An excellent option for meals on any given day. You can choose your mealtime to enjoy this flavourful, semi dry Non-Veg Curry.
But with Fenugreek Greens or Methi added to it, it becomes a great option for special mealtimes too. It's a flavourful and aromatic dish that cannot be missed at all especially in the Season now.
Freshly chopped Fenugreek or Methi adds that special touch to the dish making it more delightful and desirable. It's a delectable spread on any given day that can be relished alongside Parathas, Tandoori Rotis, Rumaali Rotis or even Pulao and Cumin Rice.

Saute until translucent and then add the mutton mince to it. Keep the heat on a low. Saute for a few minutes by stirring it as required. Next is to add tomatoes and potatoes. Cover and cook for about 18-20 minutes.

Tomatoes give it a nice flavour and adds to the gravy too. There is no need to add water. After the stipulated time that's mentioned, add chopped fenugreek leaves and chopped coriander too. Adjust salt at this stage accordingly and simmer for another 10 minutes. That's it.
