  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 2 tbspgreen garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspn Red chilli powder
  • Oil as required

  1. 1

    Knead flour properly and spread a flat roti. Add green garlic salt to taste red chiili powder and green chilli

    Roll down and again spread... put some oil on flat pan then make paratha

    Pour some more oil and serve with yogurt and enjoy winter seasonal veggies
