📌Here I prepared Til Chikki made in Jaggery. But in a new shape.
📌so, representing chikki in Kite shape , specially for Kite festival, which is also known as UTTARAYAN in Gujarat.

2 cuptil - white sesame seeds
2 tspblack sesame seeds (optional)
2 cupjaggery - gud
2 tspghee
2 tspwater
as per requirement Some rose petals (optional)
4 dropsrose essence (optional)

Dry roast sesame seeds on a slow flame.
Keep ready greased butter paper or apply ghee on kitchen platform to roll chikki.

On a slow flame add jaggery in a kadai, add water. Stir constantly till bubbles comes in jaggery syrup. To check, whether jaggery syrup is done or not, in water, drop 2 - 3 drops of jaggery, if it hardand crispy, breaks without stickiness, it means ready.

At this point add ghee, sesame seeds, rose petals and rose essence in it. Combine well. Transfer on butter paper or platform. Make evenly rolled out. Cut in Kite shape when little hot. Wait for cool completely. Then took Kite til chikki and serve.. Enjoy..

It can be stored in an airtight container for many days.
