  1. tender leaves of pumpkin
  2. Soft stems of pumpkin
  3. 1 Cuppumpkin pieces (with skin)
  4. 1 tspjeera
  5. 3red chillies
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. 6 podsgarlic (pounded)
  8. 1 tbsproasted moong dal
  9. 3 tbspoil
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Halfteaspoon of sugar
  12. 1 tbspfresh coconut pieces

  1. 1

    Wash pumpkin leaves and stems.
    Chop them properly.

  2. 2

    Take oil in a kadhai add Red chilli pieces, jeera, and garlic.Add 1 tbsp of roasted moong dal.After a min and onion and pumpkin pieces.fry for two minutes, gradually add pumpkin leaves and stems.cook in a high flame till water evaporates and then add salt and sugar. cook it covered for a minute.lastly add coconut pieces.put of the gas.
