Wash palak and soya saag properly and put in a kadai with half a glass of water and let it boil for 5-7 minutes

Remove it and put it in a mixer grinder and grind once it gets cold.

In a kadai put 3 tablespoon til oil, add in zeera and hing, and once crackled mix in ginger chili paste
Add in haldi mirch dhaniya powder and tomato puree freshly prepared. - 4
Cook it for 7-10 minutes, add in little water
Add in paneer and let it cook on simmer flame
Add in kasoori methi - 5
In a mixer grinder mix in hara dhaniya and grind it
Mix this in a kadai and stirr it
See the consistency, of your choice
Mix in a little cinnamon powder and garam masala - 6
Lastly, take out and put 1-2 teaspoons of desi ghee and Serve.
