Delicious and nutritious staple delicacy Lachha paratha flavored with fenugreek leaves.
Steps

Finely chopped fresh fenugreek leaves. Transfer it in mixing bowl add wheat flour, cumin seeds, salt and oil(moin). Mix well. Add little little water and bind into semi stiff dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Knead dough and divide into 6 equal portions flattened balls.

Roll each into round roti. Apply ghee all over it and sprinkle rice flour. Fold into strips. Roll into round flattened ball. Again roll lightly into 6" round Paratha.

Roast on both sides with ghee..till crispy golden spots appears. Similarly prepare all Methi Lachha Parathas.

Serve Relish Delicious Hot Methi Lachha Parathas with curry of your choice.
