Finely chop Spinach

Assemble ingredients

In a mixing bowl first add all dry ingredients and mix nicely.
Then add curd + oil + green chilli + ginger garlic + chopped Spinach and mix well. It will take shape of a dough. - 4
Grease palms and Pinch medium portions from dough and give shape of Tikki.

Deep fry in sufficient oil till golden brown.

Flip and fry the other side till golden brown.

Crispy Tikkis are done.

Serve with your preferred Chutney.

Pair with ginger Tea and enjoy tea time.
