Heat oil in a kadai add methi, matar and fry them on low heat then take out in a bowl keep aside for cool down.

Same kadai add some oil add chopped onion, cashew nuts, ginger, green chillies and saute for few minutes then add little water and cook few minutes then turn off the flame and cool down and grind it to make a smooth paste.

Now heat ghee,oil in a kadai add grounded paste and cook some times and add little water and mix it then add whisk curd, mix it well and cook.

Now add cooked methi, matar and mix it well then lastly add cardamom powder, cream and mix everything properly and cook few minutes then turn off the flame.

Methi Matar Malai is ready to serve.

Serve with Roti, Paratha, maan.
