Take a heavy bottom pan and heat it. Add Almonds and cashew nuts and roast for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from pan and crushed them in a grinder and place it a large plate
Now in the same wok add 2 spoons of ghee melt it add goond (gum) and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from pan and grind it and put into dry fruits mixture.
Add full makhana and roast for 1 minute.
Grind the makhana and put it into a dry fruit mixture.
Now put 400gram ghee into the pan and melt it. - 2
Roast till it becomes brown in colour or a gud aroma comes out.
Add dry fruit mixture.
Now roast poppy seeds for 1 min and put them into plate.
Now add 2 tbsp ghee to the pan. Now add gud and start melting.
Put melted ghee into all mixtures and mix with a laddie.
Mix properly.
Now start making pinni with your hands. The shape of pinni laddus as per your choice.
Enjoy gud wali Punjabi pinni.
