Ingredients

  • 1 headlettuce
  • 1little arugula and green or red lollo rosso
  • Corn
  • Walnuts
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Dried apricots
  • A fewcranberries and a little pine nuts
  • Ingredients for the honey mustard dressing
  • 1 tablespoonmustard
  • 1 teaspoonhoney
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 2 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1little basil and thyme (I used dried)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop the vegetables, place them in a salad bowl, and prepare the dressing.

  2. 2

    Mix all the dressing ingredients and pour over the delicious salad. Let it sit in the fridge for a bit to let the flavors meld, and it's ready!!
