Heat oil in a kadhai, add methi Dana and jeera let them crackle.

Add chopped pumpkin and mix. Cover it and cook for 5 minutes.

AAP green chilies and mix and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add Turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Cover and cook until the pumpkin is cooked completely.

Then add sugar and dry mango powder and mix.

Add garam masala and green coriander leaves.

Serve with hot pooris.
