First peel and grate the cucumber. Take a bowl add grated cucumber, crushed peanuts, salt, sugar powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix it well everything properly.

Heat ghee in a tadka pan add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies and hing and saute few seconds then pour the tadka into the cucumber mixture.
