Cilantro lime shrimp

This simple shrimp dish is made outstanding with lime juice and cilantro. This crazily delicious recipe takes 15 minutes only and dinner is served!
If you have shrimp fresh and ready to go, it takes 10 or 15 minutes to cook. If you are starting with frozen shrimp, maybe you have to add another 10 minutes to defrost it.
They’re perfect alone or as an addition to your favourite appetizer or main dishe. Make this any day and serve over salad, bed of rice, or some veggies. Turn it into shrimp tacos!
Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to two days. Reheat on the stovetop in a sauté pan over medium heat until just warmed through.

Season the shrimp with cumin, and salt and pepper.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add oil to the pan, then add shrimp.

Cook them undisturbed for about 2 minutes. Turn the shrimp over and cook until opaque throughout, about 1 minute.

Add garlic, mix well so that the garlic is evenly incorporated and cook about 1 minute.

Remove the pan from the heat and squeeze the lime juice over all the shrimp.

Add the cilantro, toss well, and serve.
