Steps

First wash and dry bhindi,chop it transfer to the plate add besan, chilly powder,salt mix it well.

Heat 2sp oil fry bhindi till soft, transfer to the plate. Chop onion and grind it to puree with garlic.

Heat oil add bay leaf, cinnamon,star and ground onion paste fry it for a while,add dry masala sat jagarry green chilli ginger paste saute for a few minutes till raw smell goes.

Add little water and curd combine well add fried bhindi give a nice mix add coriander leaves..

Bhindi ka salan is ready to serve with roti/rice/chapati..
