Take a pan and turn on the gas flame.add oil and ghee in it. Heat it. Ones oil is hot. Add khada jera.when colour is brown then add chopped onion. Then add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,jira powder,haldi powder, tomato puree,namak, dhaniya powder.mix it well.cook saute well.

When masala is fry.then add matar,garam masala and again cook.cover the lid. And cook well.

After 5 minutes matar is cook. Now add chopped methi saag.

After 5 minutes it's done. Swich off the flame. And serve it with amul fresh cream and you also serve with ginger (cook long ginger with ghee.)
