  10. stockfish
  11. palm oil
  12. pepper
  13. salt

  1. 1

    Boil your protein and add oil all to cook for 10mins

  2. 2

    Add crayfish, pepper, salt.

  3. 3

    Blend the vegetables and add to the half done protein, allow to cook till done.

  4. 4

    Serve with any prefered swallow
