Ingredients

  1. 2 piecesbroccoli
  2. 5 piecesgarlic
  3. 2 tablespoonscooking oil
  4. 1 tablespoonlight soya sauce
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt (for blanching use)
  6. 1 tablespooncooking oil (for blanching use)

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Omit the main stem.

  2. 2

    Chop the garlic.

  3. 3

    Prepare a pot of boiling water. Add salt and cooking oil.

  4. 4

    Add the broccoli. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes to soften. Remove and leave aside.

  5. 5

    Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in the frying pan with medium-high heat.

  6. 6

    Saute garlic till it is sizzling but not browned.

  7. 7

    Add the blanched broccoli.

  8. 8

    Add light soya sauce. Saute for 1-2 minutes.

  9. 9

    Ready to serve.

Living in Singapore, a fantastic place to eat and experience (almost) every kind of cuisine in the world.
