The two main tips to help you get a smooth melt-in-your-mouth mousse are making sure the chocolate has completely melted and that you mix it in the mixer long enough that the mixture becomes aerated! For serving 4. Recipe by healthy*

Cooking Instructions
- 1
[Prep] Unwrap the chocolate bars and break with your fingers. Put the water into a microwave-safe cup, add the gelatin, and microwave for 5 minutes to soften.
- 2
Put the ◎ ingredients into a heat-resistant bowl. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Take it out and leave for a while to let the chocolate melt with the residual ehat.
- 3
Mix gently with a rubber spatula until the chocolate has completely melted. If it seems to require more heating, microwave for 20 seconds at a time while watching it carefully.
- 4
Put the mixture from Step 3 into a mixer and mix for about 2 minutes. Heat the gelatin from Step 1 for 30 seconds so it melts completely. Add to the mixer and mix again.
- 5
Pour the mixture into serving cups and put in the refrigerator to set. If you have time, garnish with freshly whipped cream for a pretty look.
- 6
This will just melt in your mouth!

I made this for my daughter who loves chocolate. We had some chocolate pens in our house, so I came up with some designs with them. Please adjust the amount of sugar according to the sweetness of your bar chocolate. Please don't use milk chocolate. In Step 2, it's best to melt the chocolate using a double boiler. You can also melt it in a microwave. In this case, keep an eye on it while microwaving. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

I made this because I didn't have any chocolate mousse!!If possible, let it chill in the fridge for a firmer and more delicious finish.Let the chocolate cool down after microwaving it in step 1. (Hint: When you mix the chocolate it should leave traces behind.)If you whip the heavy cream while the bowl is still submerged in ice water, the process goes a lot faster!! Rich and Creamy Chocolate Mousse ❤️ Rich and Creamy Chocolate Mousse ❤️
This mousse has a custard base but a light, fluffy, and smooth texture. It is chocolatey and decadent - the perfect dessert for guests or loved ones. This is the first time I’ve ever made mousse, and I was impressed with the overall ease and simplicity of this recipe. The mousse comes together relatively quickly, but you do have to allow at least six hours for it to chill. Be sure to take that time into account when planning your menu. After serving this to guests, one remarked, “This is better than what you get at a restaurant!” I totally agree, and I’m already looking forward to making it again! This recipe is from King Arthur Flour#Dessert #Sweet #Treat #Valentine #ValentinesDay #Decadent #Rich #Fancy #LoveatFirstBite Chris Gan -

Double Chocolate Mousse Cake Double Chocolate Mousse Cake
Both the white chocolate mousse and the chocolate mousse recipes are delicious. So if the two are extravagantly put together, they must become even more delicious...and it was so, so, so good.If you don't line the mold with parchment paper, it maybe comes out prettier? Adding a good amount of gelatin to the white chocolate mousse and chocolate mousse makes it properly firm.If you don't add the white chocolate to the white chocolate mousse mixture, it will just be a bavarois, which is also very tasty. For 18 cm [7.1 in] round cake mold/inside diameter: 16.6 cm. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -
