This is a quick yummy snack,easy to make and nutritious made from rice flour and sour curd.
Garnishing with peanuts or cashewnuts makes it very tasty and can be made for breakfast or a teatime snack.

This is a quick yummy snack,easy to make and nutritious made from rice flour and sour curd.

Steps

Mix rice flour and whisked curd thoroughly till there are no lumps and keep it aside for 10 minutes

Take a kadai add 4 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds,red chillies,urad dal,chana dal,asafoetida, few curry leaves,turmeric powder and saute for few minutes.

Then add 2 medium sized onion finely cut and fry for few minutes until onions turn brown in colour

Now add the rice flour and whipped curd batter into the kadai and mix thoroughly with all ingredients and keep stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

Pour the thickened Mor Kali into a lightly greased tray or bowl.
Garnish with cashewnuts,coriander leaves.
Cut into pieces and serve with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
