The Matsumoto Family's Dry Curry

I saw this in a money-saving recipe book before... but making this with different vegetables is interesting, and replacing the ground meat with tuna is also really good!! This is great for when you don't want to go shopping on a rainy day.
When dissolving the roux in water, break it up with chopsticks.
The raisins are an acquired taste, so if you don't like sweet things, omit! For 3 servings. Recipe by Matsumoto oku san

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Finely chop the onions (coarsely chopped is fine).
- 2
Saute the onions until they become semi transparent, and saute the ground mixed meat until it browns completely.
- 3
Turn off the heat, make an indent in the center, add water and curry roux in the hole, and break up the curry roux while soaking to dissolve.
- 4
Evenly mix throughout, turn the heat back on, add the mixed veggies and raisins, evaporate the water a bit, and it is done.

Dry Curry Dry Curry
My husband wants to eat dry curry! So, here it is.It's all about stir-fry! And mix! Just be careful not to burn it.Make sure to use curry powder (S&B's red-can curry powder, for example) and not store-bought roux. If you use a roux or curry flakes, it becomes too dense. Japanese-Style Daikon Radish Curry Japanese-Style Daikon Radish Curry
I have a friend who makes curry with grated daikon radish. I created my own radish daikon curry recipe based on hers. This dish tastes better if left in the pot for at least half a day so that the daikon radish completely absorbs the flavor of curry. Adjust the amount of water depending on the type of curry roux used or the cooking time.If you don't have daikon radish leaves, you can use green onions instead. Recipe by ma2003co cookpad.japan -

Simple Dry Curry Simple Dry Curry
I was chopping onions with the intention of making meat sauce, but I suddenly got an urge for dry curry. Before adding the ○ ingredients, make sure to blend the ☆ seasoning ingredients well with the other ingredients. It makes the curry more fragrant. You can use any spice you like. I just added the ones I always use when I make curry. You can use ground beef instead of a beef-pork mix. I think this would be tastier made with fresh garlic, but since I made it for my husband's lunch, I went light on the garlic flavor by using roast garlic powder. I didn't want him to get garlic breath. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Hamama cookpad.japan
