Easy Anko Cookies

I wanted to use my homemade anko to make desserts.
The anko should have a stiff consistency. If it's runny, heat then knead or combine with about 20 g of flour. For 20-25 cookies. Recipe by Himeringo

Steps
- 1
Use a rubber spatula to combine the anko with vegetable oil, then add the flour and mix to an even consistency.
- 2
Use your hands to form them into your desired shape and size. I roll them into little balls...
- 3
Then I press them flat with the pad of my thumb. It's okay if cracks appear along the edge. Using about 15 g for each, you can make over 20 cookies.
- 4
Arrange on a baking sheet, then bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 170°C. Enjoy!
