Paneer Lalmath/lal saag
Steps

Seperate leaves from lalmath wash and chop it finely.

Heat oil add chopped green chilly add chopped lal math cover and cook till it shrinks.

Mix it well add salt, chilli powder combine all, then add paneer crumbled andr cook till moisture evaporates add coriander leaves and sprinkle hing mix it well.

Paneer Lalmath saag is ready to serve with roti/ rice/ chapati.
