Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 poundsspinach
  • 9 ouncespaneer
  • 2onions
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1 teaspooncumin, turmeric, red chili powder to taste, salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoondried fenugreek leaves
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean, wash, and chop the spinach. Boil and then blend it. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, then add garlic and onions and sauté. Add tomatoes and let them cook.

    Mix in all the spices, then add the blended spinach and let it cook.
